PSGT 2271 - Pharmacology for Polysomnography

Credits: 2
Discusses the basic principles of pharmacology and the clinical and pharmacological treatment of sleep disorders. Addresses the use of sleep medication in children, adolescents, and the elderly. Examines the administration, mode of action, and the physiological effects of pharmacological agents on sleep.
Prerequisite(s): PSGT 1205 .
Major Requirement: Admission to the AAS in Polysomnographic Technology Program.
