ESLW 0310 - ESL Writing Advanced

Focuses on strategies and techniques of writing and composition. Open only to non-native speakers. Additionally, instruction focuses on multi-paragraph essays. MLA (Modern Language Association) formatting for academic writing is introduced. Emphasis is placed on developing and organizing ideas in a variety of rhetorical styles.

Prerequisite(s): ESL New Student Assessment for ESLW 0310; or successful completion of ESLR 0305 and ESLW 0305.
Corequisite(s): ESLR 0310.
