ABSC 3410 - Applied Building Science Credits: 4 A study of the integration of factors that cause a building to be a working system, including; engineering, architecture, materials, climate and environmental factors. The purpose of building science is to provide predictive capability to optimize the performance and sustainability of a building, understand or prevent building failures, and guide the design and use of new materials, techniques, and technologies. Lab Required: Yes
Prerequisite(s): MATH 1342 and CNBT 2344 . Major Requirement: Admission to the BAS in Construction Management Program.
