MHSM 3310 - Legal Issues in Healthcare

This course examines the various federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting health care delivery in the United States. It also covers public and private regulatory agencies, uses associated with professional malpractice, and business liability for health care products and services. 
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Clinical Operations Management program.
