Intended for non-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) majors. Concepts and processes that support introductory treatments of sets and logic, financial mathematics, probability and statistics. Development of number sense, proportional reasoning, estimation, technology and communication are supported through this course.
Prerequisite(s): TSI Math Assessment score of 910-949 with a diagnostic score of 5, or MATH 0405 with a grade of “C” or better, or equivalent.
Corequisite(s): MATH 1332.
