DHYG 2153 - Dental Hygiene Practice

Credits: 1
Emphasis on the laws governing the practice of dentistry and dental hygiene, moral standards, and the ethical standards established by the dental hygiene profession. Practice settings for the dental hygienist, office operations, preparation for employment and introduction to the dental team.
Prerequisite(s): Admitted to the Dental Hygiene Program.
Major Requirement: AAS - Dental Hygiene.
