The Construction Technology Safety program is designed to prepare students to enter the workforce as an entry level construction Safety Officer by providing a wide variety of construction safety and management courses. This is accomplished through offering two types of Level 1 Certificates and a Level 2 Certificate and an AAS.

OSHT 1309 - Physical Hazards Control Credits: 3
OSHT 1313 - Accident Prevention, Inspection, and Investigation Credits: 3
OSHT 1316 - Material Handling Credits: 3

Second Semester

OSHT 2309 - Safety Program Management Credits: 3
OSHT 2310 - Principles of Safety Engineering Credits: 3
OSHT 2337 - Advanced Risk Management Credits: 3 (Capstone)
OSHT 2380 - Cooperative Education - Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician Credits: 3
