WLDG 2435 - Advanced Layout and Fabrication

Credits: 4
An advanced course in layout and fabrication. Includes production and fabrication of layout, tools, and processes. Emphasis on application of fabrication and layout skills.
Prerequisite WLDG 1317 , WLDG 2447 , and WLDG 2451 .
Note: Welding classes require extended periods of time standing in place, lifting heavy weights (up to 60 pounds repeatedly), reaching, bending, and working around open flames and intense heat for extended periods of time.
