KINE 1126 - Self-Defense Credits: 1 Basic understanding and practical application of fundamental self-defense techniques through physical conditioning. Includes balance, focus, breath control, block and counter, avoiding attack, striking, thrusting and kicking. Note: A student may receive up to 4 credit hours of any combination of KINE course numbers in the 1100-1148 range; however, the same course cannot be taken more than twice
